On July 25, 2006 San Diego Police took away my Passport, and $9800.00 cash.
On July 25, 2006 I was arrested and booked into the Central Jail in San Diego, California. After I was fingerprinted and before I was to exchange my street clothes for jail clothes, I was interrogated by a high ranking San Diego County Deputy Sheriff regarding the horrible events of September 11, 2001, my website USHOSTAGE.com, about my close to $10,000 cash, why I have not become a American Citizen, the evnts of what took place on July 25, 2006, medical marijuana, active terrorist group agents of Mossad, Mojahedin-e-Khalq, Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, Millat-e-Islamia and even how I felt about Prophet Jesus.
For about 9 months the San Diego County Sheriff's Office denied such interrogation. On March 26, 2007 I filed a declaration with the Computer IP Address ( 206-190-25-2.gen.twtelecom.net ) that was used to visit my website USHOSTAGE.com by the San Diego County Sheriff's computer from the Jail on July 25, 2006 and July 26, 2006 along with a IP Address of the computer that visited my website in the same time frame ( 81.199.145.58.ipplanet.com ) which is from Israel. The Judge for criminal case numbers CD200499 and M897962 denied that I had filed this declaration, which I did get a stamped copy from the court(s) when I filed.
August 30, 2006 Called Pacific Law Center from jail.
August 31, 2006 Pacific Law Center became council on record.
September 8, 2006 Fired Pacific Law Center by phone from jail because of lack of communication and council service.
September 11, 2006 Pacific Law Center refused to acknowledge of being fired and came to jail - I refused to see them.
September 12, 2006 Interrogated by San Diego Sheriff Deputy(s) about my criminal charges, Terrorism, 9/11 and my website USHOSTAGE.com
September 18, 2006 Taken from jail to court - Was not taken into the court room - No information given to me.
September 19, 2006 Posted Self Bail Cash.
September 21, 2006 Went and looked at court file - Discovered Pacific Law Center went to court on September 18, 2006 and waived my rights to appear in court and got a continuance - I did a walk in on court calendar 9/21/06 and told Judge Pacific Law Center has commited crimes against me - Took Pacific Law Center off case.
November 20, 2006 Pacific Law Center tried to buy me in court.
December 15, 2006 Recieved a very disturbing phone call regarding pacificlawcenters.com
January 26, 2007 Pacific Law Center went to my fathers house in San Diego, California and harassed him and others that were there. Short time later Pacific Law Center [ License Plate No. 5GJM708 ] went back to my fathers house with the San Diego Police Department. I do not live with my father, which is a fact that Pacific Law Center knows. What lies did Pacific Law Center tell the San Diego Police Department for them to go to my fathers house with Pacific Law Center in a very short notice? San Diego Police Department is very short on officers and it is not fair to say lies about a person(s) in order for the Police to show up, or does Pacific Law Center have a influence on the San Diego Police Department? My father has a very bad heart condition, and this kind of harassment with the police may justify a civil complaint from my father against Pacific Law Center.
My fathers wife was so shaken up by Pacific Law Center harrassing her at her home with the San Diego Police Department that she was still shaken up by the whole thing a day later.
On March 28, 2007 the San Diego District Attorney Office recognized in court that the San Diego Police Department has my Passport, and my $9800.00 cash, so I made a deal with the San Diego District Attorneys Office and that deal was recognized by the court, and the court gave a order to the San Diego Police Department to return to me my Passport, and cash. When I went to get my Passport and Cash, the San Diego Police Department said that they do not have my Passport or cash, but another law agency does but they don't know who.
On April 20, 2007 Judge Richard E. L. Strauss gave his final order for in his department, but the deputy court clerk Lydia Johnson made her own order to benefit the plaintiffs.
On or around September 21, 2007 I recieved mail from the court. I did not go to look at the mail because I knew that whatever it was, it would be on court file, so I went to court to find out and I discovered that there is a DEFAULT- PROOF UP ON HEARING set for October 5, 2007 and that this hearing was originally set for September 14, 2007 which I was not notified of by plaintiff or the court. For some odd reason the court continued it to October 5, 2007. The mail I recieved on or around September 21, 2007 from the court had nothing to do with this case or any criminal case.
On October 5, 2007 court granted a continuance of DEFAULT- PROOF UP ON HEARING, set for November 13, 2007 and then the court changed it to a PERMANENT INJUNCTION HEARING with out plaintiff and court telling me, Then again the court without telling me labeled the PERMANENT INJUNCTION HEARING as THE CIVIL COURT TRIAL.
On October 5, 2007 the Judge Ordered Plaintiffs Attorneys (Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith) to provide Fed-Ex Tracking Numbers to prove that the plaintiffs have been notifiing me of all paper work that they have filed with the court (Page 11, Lines 10 to 16). I had told the court that I was not being notified by plaintiffs council and the court of any of the past hearings since late April of 2007 let alone October 5, 2007. The court clerk refused to write down the court order on the court minute order sheet.
Mr. Edward J Mcintyre from Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith whom are the plaintiffs council still have not provided the Fed-Ex Tracking Numbers to me or the court.
November 9, 2007 plaintiffs filed for a continuance and it was rescheduled for December 18, 2007. The plaintiffs and the court did so without asking me if the date was ok with me.
On December 17, 2007 I was notified by Fed-Ex that the plaintiffs have filed for a withdrawal of Permanent Injunction Hearing.
On December 17, 2007 a CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE was entered in the court and scheduled for January 11, 2007. The plaintiffs and the court did not notify me of this new court date. Melisa Wong-Jimenez filed a declaration signed and dated on December 17, 2007 that I have been notified by mail.
On December 18, 2007 I went to court on the second floor and found out that a CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE is set for January 11, 2008. I must file papers within 15 days before January 11, 2008, so that would mean that I must file by December 20, 2007 because weekends and holidays do not count. Christmas and New Years Day do not count because court is closed as well as weekends.
Assuming that the court did send me a notice on December 17, 2007 which they did not nor did the plaintiffs council, I would have recieved the notice on December 18, 2007 at the earliest. I would only have had 2 days to prepare and file my papers. If I would have missed the deadline and or not appear in court on January 11, 2008 then the case would have been closed in favor of the Plaintiffs.
Knox Services has collaborated with fraud - Watch video and look at Knox Services declaration. If the video fails it is because it got hacked again by ???
Technically I busted the court of collaberating with the plaintiffs to cover up fraud again. On February 27, 2007 I was not in court, but the court and the plaintiffs say that I was. The court and the plaintiffs say that I was in court and I did not want to sign the sign in sheet, and that I did not want the hearing on court record, and that I did not want a court reporter. Who makes the rules? - Coming soon video of Knox Services going to my fathers house to serve court order of February 27, 2007 which they all say that I was in court. Why would they serve it if I was in court?
In the court transcript of March 9, 2007 hearing on (Page 17, Line 27 down to Page 18, Line 7) the plaintiffs counsels statements also confirms that I was not present in court on February 27, 2007.
On February 27, 2007 I had posted several times on craigslist.org website and at the time of 8:56am I had posted a ad from a computer IP address (land line) which is located over 10 miles away from the court in Downtown. The alleged hearing was at 9:00am (look at top of court document for time).
On March 9, 2007 which was the first cout appearance I made regarding this civil case, the plaintiffs give the impression (Page 11, Line 26 - Down to Page 12, Line 13) to the court that they did not have my telephone number.
A website by the name of archive.org is a nonprofit organisation established to preserve Web sites by taking regular "snapshots". The Wayback Machine provides links to older versions of a webpage. Archive.org took a snapshot of pacificlawcenters.com on January 10, 2007, and on there is proof at minimum that the plaintiffs were knowingly misleading the court regarding having my phone number. My phone number appears on top of every single page which was a total of 5 pages (Page 1 - Page 2 - Page 3 - Page 4 - Page 5). archive.org can and will prove that the plaintiffs filed falsified and manufactured evidences in California State and U.S. Federal Courts.
Archive.org can and will also prove at minimum that Pacific Law Center knowingly mislead the government and the public that they have more lawyers than they realy do.
Archive.com took a snapshot of pacificlawcenter.com on November 8, 2006 and it lists at minimum names of Mr. Jeffrey L. Phillips and Mr. John A. Schill as California Lawyers that work for Pacific Law Center, but according to The State Bar of California Mr. Jeffrey L. Phillips and Mr. John A. Schill do not have a California Bar License To Practice Law in California.
Action taken by the Superior Court of California (U.S. Government) the day after ACLU appeared in U.S. District Court which was the same day I was released from Federal jail/prison (July 25, 2007).
On December 18 an 19, 2007 I spoke with Melisa Wong-Jimenez face to face and on the telephone asking why this court date of January 11, 2008 was set. Melisa Wong-Jimenez said that Judge Richard E. L. Strauss Instructed her to do so. Melisa Wong-Jimenez mailed me the notice on December 18, 2007 after I complained to her. (See postmark date.)
On December 19, 2007 Eva Oemick whom is the court reporter for Judge Larry Alan Burns in the U.S. District Court which is across the street from the Superior Court of California called me from (619) 615-3103 on my cell phone on or around 10:35 am. I answered the phone but Eva Oemick hung up her phone without saying anything. Less than an hour later on or around 11:27 am on December 19, 2007 Melisa Wong-Jimenez called me from (619) 531-1168 on my cell phone and told me that a new date has been set to February 29, 2008 and it has been entered on the court computer. On December 20, 2007 the court and Melisa Wong-Jimenez changed the entery date on government court computers from December 19, 2007 to December 20, 2007. Melisa Wong-Jimenez and the court have been changing anything that they desire on the government court computers in order to only cover up corruptions by the government and the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs council whom are AIPAC Terrorist Attorneys. (Details coming very soon)
I believe at minimum Melisa Wong-Jimenez and Eva Oemick expected me to run across the street and forget about arguing the court date of January 11, 2008. I had ordered a court transcript for July 12, 2007 from Eva Oemick just weeks before December 19, 2007 and she still has not provided the transcript.
On December 19, 2007 in retaliation from the government, San Diego Police Department Impounded my Vehicle.
Terrorist agents linked to a group called Mujahedin-e-Khalq and Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan which is funded by any terrorist group that hates my country of Iran have told me as early as on or around 1996, that I should concider being a martyr.
During the years of 1998 and 1999 US government employees told me several times to become a martyr and they use the words suicide bomber several times, for Months this went on.
While I was held in incarceration in US Jails/Prisons which I call being held in US as a Hostage which is why I had chosen the name USHOSTAGE.com the system would torture you in many ways, here is an example:
In jail if and when the inmate needs to be taken to court, the process of it is very difficult for the inmate.
The Officers will come for you starting at around 2:00am to 3:00am. You are held in other cells for a long period of time with other inmates and the cells are very full of inmates where many can not even sit down on the floor.
Then you are taken on a bus if the jail is not next to the court house.
By the time the Government is ready to hear and see you in court, you are very tired and it is not easy to focus in court where your liberty is on the line.
By the time you get back to the original cell that you are held in it could be as late as 9:00pm to 10:00pm.
How the system can torture you more is if you go throgh this process 2 to 5 days in a row, which is what the US Government has done to me many times whether being represented by the County Public Defender's Office or by a Private Attorney. In jail the government creates a name list of inmates that need to go to court on that day, and on any day a government employee and or a culprit can put your name on the list as a ADD ON.
In Santa Clara County, California the US Government did this to me several times while I was being held in chains around my waist and around my ankles at all times. The chains would be off of me only when they put me in the original cell. Many times I was being held in chains for 15hours per day.
A attorney for Pacific Law Center named Matthew Lee Spiegel and another person that was with him but he refused to identify himself have told me at the office of "Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith" statements related to me being a martyr and they used the words suicide bomber. I thought that it was a sick joke untill I remembered the same style of persuasion under the same style of circumstances from the past. Both Matthew Lee Spiegel and his friend had a Jewish cap on their head (Kippot) and they had strings hanging down their waists (Gartels). Matthew Lee Spiegal had his hair colored blonde and he had a new hair design, curly. Matthew Lee Spiegal also had color contact lenses in his eyes colored blue.
Zionist terrorists and alike linked to AIPAC Terrorist Organisation and alike have always been belived are behind most if not all suicide bombers.
I highly believe that zionist terrorists use at minimum blackmail and psychological tactics to persuade persons to commit suicide by blowing them selves up. This tactic has been planed on me too many times for me to think otherwise.
Another Blackmail Attempt;
Just 2 days before Pacific Law Center filed a lawsuit in Superior Court of California On January 12, 2007 This is what pacificlawcenters.com looked like on January 10, 2007.
On the court transcript of March 9, 2007 on page 6, line 24 - down to - Page 7, line 5 the Plaintiffs give the impression to the court that the defendant is angry at the government for not allowing child pronography on the internet.
( Mr. Edward J. Mcintyre from "Solomon Ward Seidenwurm and Smith - Attorneys At Law )
"HE HAS PUBLICLY EXPRESSED
HIMSELF ON ANY NUMBER OF ISSUES, INCLUDING METHAMPHETAMINE,
INCLUDING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, INCLUDING CHILD BONDAGE, AND MANY,
MANY OTHERS. HE HAS THE RIGHT TO DO SO. HE IS UPSET ABOUT THE
FBI AND THE EXTENT OF ITS POWER."
Mr. Edward J. Mcintyre and his associates told me that they will use this transcript to ruin me if I do not follow their orders. Suicide.
This is what pacificlawcenters.com looked like on February 7, 2007. (Read it better here)
On January 4, 2008 from phone number (619)531-1168 on or around 1:33pm a message was left on my phone from the court reporter that was in court on April 20, 2007. The reporter asked me to call her back and leave the correct spelling of my name on her recorder. I called and spelled my full name for her on her recorder on January 4, 2008, on or around 2:38pm. My full name is on the court computer.
On January 7, 2008 I recieved a court transcript from Eva Oemick whom is the court reporter for Judge Larry Alan Burns in the U.S. District Court, and I dicovered the transcript to be a fraud. (Details coming soon)
California attorney Mary Frances Prevost whom works for FOX NEWS is involved in this ongoing fraud.
Mary Frances Prevost contacted me on the same day Pacific Law Center filed their lawsuit against me on January 12, 2007. She told me that I have a great case agaist Pacific Law Center and I need to keep buying domain names. Mary Frances Prevost also told me several times to start asking for donations by using paypal on my websites.

A lawyer referral service operating in San Antonio has come under scrutiny by state authorities amid allegations that one law firm is getting most of the business.
The law firm has disavowed any relationship with the referral service other than that of a subscriber.
The executive director of the three-lawyer firm, however, has been identified as the person who placed ads for the referral service.
South Texas Lawyers Referral Service has been running ads on television and in newspapers in San Antonio since the spring.
The ads offer "free help to locate and hire the appropriate attorney." It promotes a 24-hour telephone number for those looking for a lawyer to handle everything from divorce or personal injury to IRS problems and bail bonds.
"The lawyer you choose will make a difference" the newspaper ad reads.
But callers to the referral service are given little choice.
During the past week, San Antonio Express-News reporters called the referral service 14 times asking to be referred to lawyers who could handle everything from parrot smuggling charges in federal court to divorce and copyright laws. Of the 14 calls, 12 resulted in referrals to the law firm of Davis and Associates.
On two occasions when the name of a second lawyer was requested, the referral service operators said: "We only refer to Davis and Associates."
The referral service gave out another lawyer's name for immigration cases, and suggested noted personal injury lawyer Pat Maloney when asked about workers compensation cases.
Maloney said he has never heard of the referral service, and did not give permission for the use of his name.
"That would be a rather scurrilous misrepresentation," Maloney said, condemning the referral service.
Maloney also said his firm no longer does workers compensation cases because of changes in the law, nor do most other firms.
Authorities at the State Bar of Texas, the state agency that licenses and polices lawyers, are looking into the San Antonio referral service, but said there is no formal investigation of it.
"As far as an investigation, we're looking into it, but I can't comment on it any further," said Jim McCormack, general counsel for the state bar.
"We're aware of that service," McCormack said. "If there is any referral service not in compliance with the law, we're going to look at it."
McCormack said that, for now, his agency is concentrating on shutting down a similar operation in the Fort Worth area called Texas Lawyers Referral Service. In San Antonio
In San Antonio, lawyer Marvin Davis is the owner of Davis and Associates. Working with Davis at the firm are lawyers Frank Taylor and Robert A. Forester. Davis employs Larry Majors, who is not a lawyer, as executive director of the firm.
Davis said his firm subscribes to the referral service but is not otherwise connected. Davis said he does not know who owns or runs the referral service.
"We're not affiliated, we're a member," he said.
Majors also denied knowing who owns or runs the referral service. An advertising representative said, however, that Majors was the one who placed ads for the service earlier this year and that the ad orders were picked up at the offices of Davis and Associates.
Davis said he was unaware that his was the only firm offered for referral in most instances.
Davis suggested the referral service surely would not send clients seeking help with traffic tickets or copyright law to his firm because he does not handle such cases.
When contacted about such cases, however, the referral service again suggested Davis and Associates.
Davis said he was perplexed.
"Somebody ought to straighten them out, and I will take what steps I can," he said.
The law firm may drop the use of the referral operation soon anyway because it is generating too much business, Majors said.
"We are probably going to pull out after this month," Majors said. "It's too time consuming to talk to all the clients."
Majors went on to speculate that the loss of the Davis and Associates business could force the referral service out of business.
"It's probably going to drive them out of San Antonio," he said.
Records at the Secretary of State's office in Austin show the referral service was incorporated April 6 by Vern Brand, with Edith Brand of Arlington as a registered agent.
Repeated requests to speak with a manager or owner of the referral service were not answered. Referrals detailed
At the San Antonio Bar Association, Executive Director Jimmy Allison said his office has received complaints about South Texas Lawyers Referral Service.
Allison said he could not discuss the specifics of the complaints, but said the bar association also has placed calls to the referral service and been referred almost exclusively to Davis and Associates.
"In the calls, everyone has been referred to them," Allison said. "There were 10 or 12, we called for family law, for criminal, securities law, environmental law we covered the gamut, probate law."
The Vernon Civil Statutes contain the law governing lawyer referral services. They must be non-profit and meet a number of criteria. A provision of the law limits to $20 the fee that a lawyer can charge for the first 30-minute consultation for a client referred through such a service.
The San Antonio Bar Association runs its own referral service, one that is sanctioned by the State Bar of Texas. It carries hundreds of lawyers, who pay $100 each to be listed in their area of expertise, Allison said.
"If you run a referral service, it's got to be a public service," Allison said. "We lose money off ours."
